WELCOME BACK

Ease yourself back into practice.

This afternoon session will be one of gentle movement including yoga and qigong and practice will culminate with a yoga nidra.

We will then have afternooon tea in the dinning room to catch up and indulge in some fresh 'baked' treats and a selection of teas.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Join us for a series of special afternoon gatherings, the perfect gift of self-care;

a chance to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore your energy.

Each afternoon will include a soothing blend of practices; gentle movement, stillness, breathwork, myofascial release, and a deeply restful Yoga Nidra.  These practices allow you to be introspective, to feel into your inner landscape, giving you time to intagrate your lived experiences while being held in a warm and nurturing environment.

While the specific content may vary, every gathering will conclude with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra followed by light refreshments and time to reflect, relax or chat as you reconnect to the outer world.

Come alone or bring a friend, the welcome here is warm and heartfelt.

No prior experience is needed, and all props will be provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.
